contemporary ARTIST

Paulina Lindegaard is an internationally active artist, she combines material mastery with conceptual clarity, positioning her practice within a global artistic discourse.

She holds a Master of Fine Arts degree from the Faculty of Ceramics and Glass at the Eugeniusz Geppert Academy of Art and Design, where she also completed additional studies in intermedia art and photography — disciplines that continue to shape the structure and visual strength of her work.

Her current body of work centers on ceramic dolls that embody the enduring power of women across history, from Joan of Arc to Elizabeth I and the Viking-era queen Gunnhild. These figures are not literal portraits, but symbolic carriers of resilience, authority, and timeless presence.

At the heart of her practice lies an exploration of the human spark situated within time and space, shaped by forces of nature for which she holds deep and unwavering respect.
